Chem-Serv, Inc. has consistently provided both chemical and mechanical water treatment programs for all types of industry. Hospitals, steel producers, food processors, plastic manufacturers, as well as the timber industry have utilized our services to protect their equipment and enhance production.

Chem-Serv, Inc. provides water treatment services and products for the Southern Region. This includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Missouri. As an Arkansas owned and operated business, great pride is taken in serving our own communities.

OUR PROGRAM
Full Responsibility:
Chem-Serv, Inc. representative will be responsible for  all phases of the treatment program. He will carry to the job site the necessary chemicals and make certain they are properly injected into the system. If a change in chemicals is required, he will make the change and report the change to the engineering staff.

Equipment Adjustment:
The chemical feeding equipment will be adjusted and maintained by the chemical service representative.
Water softeners and related equipment will be checked and adjusted at agreed intervals.

Delivery and Freight:
Chem-Serv, Inc. is responsible for all deliveries with no freight charge.

Reporting Field Tests:
The Chem-Serv, Inc. representative is required to visit on a scheduled basis and complete a full set of analyses and recommendations. A copy of the report and suggestions will be filed with the engineering staff. Any additional emergency visits will be made without additional charge.

Container Removal:
All chemical containers will be removed from the premises when empty.

Consultancy and Training:
Chem-Serv, Inc. retains the finest Chemists and Engineers for consultancy with concerns in all facets of chemical applications. Water Treatment Seminars and Training Programs are conducted to inform key
personnel about water treatment needs and safety at no charge to Chem-Serv, Inc. customers.
